Used uniforms donated to Cascia Hall will be recycled to benefit students in need at Cascia or Eugene Field Elementary. We will accept uniforms from any school (even if it's not Cascia) in all sizes.  Please bring your unwanted blazers, skirts, shirts, slacks, shorts, jumpers, etc. to the receptionist in the Upper School. Thank you.

All lockers must be cleaned out by Wednesday, May 22nd, at 3:00 pm. Please encourage your students to recycle as much as they can, including textbooks, workbooks, paperbacks, paper folders, spiral notebooks, composition books, note cards, and paper. A clean-up fee will be charged if a student’s locker is not empty and clean by the end of final exams.

MS Finals will be Monday 5/20, Tuesday 5/21, and Wednesday 5/22 from 9:00-Noon. The building will be open at 7:00 am  for students and will close at 12:30 daily. If students wish to buy snacks during finals, they need to bring cash for the concession stand in the US Gym lobby.

8^th grade students interested in participating in the McClure Service project on Thursday, May 23^rd will load the bus at 9:00 am in front of the MS and will return by 2:00 pm. I have asked the students to sign up so I have a head count.

This project cannot count towards 9^th grade Caritas/Christian Service hours for Upper School next fall.

A MANDATORY Naviance Boot Camp will be held on Thursday, May 23^rd.  Please arrive 10 minutes early to the Upper School computer lab. You will receive all the materials needed to complete this training once you arrive. See the scheduled time slots below.

Students who have not returned Library Materials by the beginning of Final Exams will have a hold placed on their Net Classroom account and will not be able to access grades.  Please return books ASAP.

Library hours for final exam week will be 7:45 am – 2:30 pm.

Also, if you are returning to Cascia Hall next school year, you may begin checking out books for the summer beginning Monday, May 20^th.

What's going on in the Upper School gym?

The 12th Annual Athletic Department Golf Classic is Monday, June 3 at Tulsa Country Club--11:00 am Registration and 12:30 pm Shotgun Start. Proceeds will benefit the Upper School Gym Project.

Underway is a much needed makeover to the 40+ year old Spielmann Gymnasium. Workers are currently in the process of stripping the 20 layers of varnish off the floor and coming back with a new color and updated CH logo. When the project is completed, the totally renovated and updated gymnasium will be enjoyed by every Cascia student and parent.

Your support is needed. Everyone can help; we need golfers, sponsors and donors. The easiest way to participate in the Classic and gym project is to become a Bleacher Sponsor; the new bleachers will be the biggest cost item. We have secured $100,000 in donations, but more is needed to make the gym the perfect community gathering place, home court, and showplace for the next 40 years.
