You will receive an e-mail confirmation message shortly, and we will mail a receipt for your gift with our thanks.

If you want to make a donation to The Cascia Hall Foundation for perpetual purposes, please do not use this form, but instead, use The Cascia Hall Foundation gift form (click on button on this page). Memorial gifts are usually made to the Foundation. The Foundation is a separate organization with separate IRS non-profit 501(c)(3) status.

If you would prefer to give us your credit card information by phone, please call the School Advancement Office at 918.746.2614. Our office hours are 7:30 am – 3:30 pm CDT on weekdays. This form can also be printed and sent with your gift by mail to the Office of Development at the school address.
