The Cascia Hall Core Values : Truth, Unity, and Love.

Truth, Unity and Love: those are the words and the core values we hear and practice at Cascia Hall from the time we enter in sixth grade until we graduate. We have these words on our patches and seals that are all around our campus. We will remember them as we move on from Cascia Hall. But they cannot just be words on a patch or seal, or in our minds. They must be emblazoned in our hearts and put into action!

St. Augustine once said, "Love and do what you will." This is not license to do whatever we want for he continues that statement with, "for from that root, nothing but good can spring forth." Notice the action words, "spring forth," nothing but good can be produced if our base, our foundation is love, caritas.

We are on a journey of mind and heart and it is only practicing virtues that we become excellent. We will never become perfect until we are with the Lord. So love is our base and love is our practice, and ultimate love is our goal —union with God, who is love, Deus Caritas Est, in heaven.
